I had an accident at work about a year ago and hurt my leg pretty bad, and at 1st my job made me feel like they cared and were there to help me with recovery, within a month they started telling me I was young and I should be ok they started pushing me in P/T To the point I strain my self all over again.. As time progress I had a few mishaps that caused me to miss my P/T appointments (3 in total) when I had a check up with the company Dr and she see I had missed the 3 appointment with my P/T she started to laugh nd says well I can't help you here no more because you miss your appointment I explained that I followed there rules by calling up to 3 hours before.. She told me that it didn't matter & that she wouldn't be able to help me any more nd i would have to just work through the pain. Days later they tried sending me back to work, I was still in pain so I ended up going to see my personal Dr after telling her about my fall at work and my reasons for missing the P/T she took a look at my leg and seen that I was still in no condition to return to work, she go on to tell me that the company Dr seemed more worried about me returning to work instead of a full recovery and she seen I was mentally in distress so she recommended I started talkin to a therapist cas all the stuff I was going through plus the injury and recommended I look in to a workers comp lawyer... Days later I talked to a friend who had a similar situation he ended up providing me with number of a lawyer, I reach out and man I tell you the guy was rude wouldn't let me speak a word after that encounter I wasn't to sure if this was the path I wanted to go down, days later I ended up reaching out to a different Law Office and they directed me to the Law Offices of M. Mark Yenikomshian, so I sent a email and I got a call the same day from Mark. He was calm not trying to push his services on me, he spoke confidently he made me feel heard he went on and explained how things like this go's and what can I say he earned my trust, so I asked him to represent me in this matter.. a little less then a year later Mark took care of everything nd took me along for the ride not leaving me in the dark about anything explaining things down to the T, he would answer any question me or my wife would have and we wouldn't have been able to get through that difficult time if wasn't for the Law Offices of M.
