My first thought of calling them was a little scary. I didn’t want to file for BR but my options were limited. So I called them and explained my situation. They were asking a group of questions and could tell I didn’t want to do this. But my decision was that they listen to me and they would help me get started and explain what’s going to happen. I couldn’t ask for anything more from them but they kept me updated and they were very helpful in this situation. I owe it all to an outstanding team they have.

Thank God for good attorneys. I am disabled and have been taken advantage of by a lot of people, previous attorneys included. Finding this practice truly saved my life. When it comes to hiring Marc Ominsky and his team...JUST DO IT! I had been through a few attornies before having a call with Ashlie, and I knew this experience would be different. From the moment I paid, it was like the floodgates opened, and everything was happening quickly to resolve things. Thankfully I am the type of person that is an expert at digital record keeping, as well as maintains all correspondence on things. Anything they needed, I was able to quickly provide to settle my case. Anytime I had questions, I received a quick response (sometimes immediately, but most often within a few hours). This office is really no-nonsense and gets things done while keeping you informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this law office, but I also highly recommend you be well-prepared documentation-wise (and yes, they can tell you what you need during your consult call so you can get things together). Just know they don't allow their cases to linger, and at the same time, ensure you are legally protected to get the best outcome for your case.
