If you are looking for a lawyer, I strongly recommend that you avoid Marc Francis. In my experience, he was unprofessional, overcharged me, and constantly asked for more money. Additionally, he wanted me to do research and print out documents related to my case a couple hours before our court case right when I'm about to head out the door! Which is something he or his paralegal should have been handling. After I paid out over $50k to him for a case he said would cost only $20k, I refused to give him any more money, and he took me to court. Thankfully, I hired another lawyer to help me fight him, and the judge ultimately ruled in my favor. The judge even awarded me a judgement of over $10k, confirming that Marc Francis had indeed overcharged me. I wish I had done more research before hiring him, as I have since discovered that there are other complaints against him online. So, if you're considering working with him, please be cautious and do your due diligence before making any decisions. I would not recommend him to anyone - not family, friends, or even strangers.

Marc should get six stars. He is my go to for all NYS moving violations. Prepare to be impressed!
