I had a very frustrating experience with this law office. I clearly disclosed the service I was seeking before booking, and payment was processed afterward. The one-hour consultation started late, lasted only about 11 minutes, and the service I requested was refused during the call. The interaction felt rushed and unprofessional, and no refund was offered despite the service not being provided. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Exelente lawyer. I know many people she have help with positive results including mine. She is very professional, helpful and they are on top of things. She even went to the appointment with us and made sure our answers were submitted corrected . I highly recommend her.

She doesn't send the documents on time. I'm not the only person who has experienced this situation. I decided to hire another attorney because my case was stalled due to the lack of documents she wasn't sending. It seems she's only available when there's a new case; after that, she never takes them on. Only if you have a new case. I recommend being patient with anyone who has a case with her, as the process can take twice as long because she doesn't send the documents when immigration requests them. In her office, you can see a large amount of unreviewed documents from many cases, which indicates she takes on more cases than she can handle. If anyone doesn't believe me, just go to her office one day and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Worst experience ever, this office cares about money and nothing else and will find every way to screw you over!!! There are far better attorneys out there! Avoid this office like the plague!!!!! If you have any frustrations with them and try to voice them, even in a respectful manner, they hang up the phone and refuse to speak to you! Terrible place overall and a complete lack of communication throughout! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Do not hire!!! There are better immigration attorneys all over GR! She is after your money, not your best interest. She does not respond to clients, and she doesn't know how to talk to people. And while they claim I have never used their services, no I have not. My family member has and I have been with them through the entire process of their application journey. We have different last names. It is unfortunate to see this lack of professionalism in the law community, especially immigration law, and more specifically at Latinx people by a Spanish attorney!

Marielo definitely knows what she is doing. She has a very strong character but she gets the job done for sure. She definitely did what she was hired to do. She may not be extra nice but she is an amazing lawyer. I highly recommend her.
