Originally, I had a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. However after losing my job and was no longer able to make monthly payments, Mr. Bandy and his team facilitated a conversion to Chapter 7. Despite all of the "red tape" that went along with the conversion and my constant calling for updates, The staff at Bandy Law was always courteous, understanding, and patient. It was also explained clearly to me the pros and cons of such an action, allowing me to make an informed decision. I would recommend this law group to anyone who finds themselves in the misfortune of having to take this financial route.
