Mark Gallagher is not only an excellent criminal defense lawyer, he is also a great guy. I chose Mark after talking with about 10 different lawyers. Everyone's situation is different, having a strong case is important if your going to fight like we did. We took a DUI to the edge of trial, hired an expert witness and fought hard for nearly 2 years, the major charges were dismissed and I was spared from some serious charges. We were fully prepared to take it all the way, and I knew Mark would have my back. He never over promised, took the time to give me the best advice and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
