My family had used his services during covid for 2 separate cases. The 1st case was to assist us with a failure to control a dog. Our neighbor was involved in all the events that occured that ultimately set us up with the dog charge. The 2nd case was to file a lawsuit against our neighbor and Sue her for orchestrating the events. We paid Mr. Miller $2500.00 his "flat fee" to sue someone. This was during covid and Mr. Miller told us that it would take 1.5 to 2yrs before we can do anything. I advised him we are ready at any time! Please let us know. I reached out to him a year and a half later to see where we stand. Mr Miller adv that the money was used because the neighbor sued me and it was used to defend me. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Mr. Miller never responded again. I had to file a case with Columbus Bar Association! And after a long tedious process they were able to get my $ back. Mr Miller ruined our opportunity to recoup the money we lost and tried to take our $2500.00!! This was very detrimental to our family! We trusted and relied on him!!!! And we paid him immediately every time he asked! He should be barred from practicing! He can't be trusted.
