I have attempted to contact Mark multiple times since I have legally been an adult and over what I'd say is at least three years I have never received a call back, a returning email or anything that shows a shred of care for his client.

This law office did everything to get me the best outcome possible. I had no idea what I was going to do? A lady driving a semi hit me while I was parked at a gas pump....unfortunately her dishonesty led me to get a lawyer. Law knowledge seems to have come from a Google search, and not even fully read or understood. Documents created by this law office contains many typos, spelling mistakes, incomplete thoughts and sentences, and very unprofessional behavior. To their response: Yes you did not represent me, you represent my ex-wife. So you're not lying but you are trying to dismiss this review by telling a half truth. (Misdirection such as this is considered the same as lying by the American Bar Association Model rules for your reference). I wasn't going to ever touch on this review again, frankly I want to never think of Montgomery again, but I can't let a misleading statement like this go by without responding. They not only tried to bring me up on sanctions to the court charges because of this post, in violation of the first amendment, they tried to do this under the same case of the divorce, after the divorce was finalized hoping to force me to spend more money on attorney fees and asking the court to have me pay them $1,500 dollars and force me to remove this review. They filed the motion for sanctions without my ex-wife's consent or permission, again a violation of court rules. They lost to me pro-se and Mark Montgomery appeared close to physically attacking in the hallway outside of the courtroom afterwards. Work with this lawyer is you will but know who you are dealing with.

If you want results on a divorce case. Mark and his paralegal team are hands down the best!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY! Plenty of other Attorneys out there that will get results. Did not do what we asked them to do on our case and went threw 1,500.00 retainer like it was water. $1.500.00 for a demand letter that I already had written. No contact regarding status unless I called or emailed numerous times... they were timely on getting that bill out though! If you want ZERO results than this is your firm.

Mark is the kind of lawyer that will shoot straight, and fight hard. Mark really went the extra mile for me and my case. If I ever have another legal matter Mark Montgomery is the only lawyer I will call.

Do not even bother to waste your time and money. They don't seem to have the knowledge base and the basic fundamentals you'd expect from a law firm. Very careless and carefree.
