I waited since May 2025. I drove up to Mark’s office. His suite E222 is a box at a UPS office. that is 926 suite E222 Haddonfield New Jersey. Don’t try to get him on the phone once you retain him and give him the money watch out. He will not call you. I’m doing this to help other people so they don’t have to go through what I’m going through still begging him to give me my flash drive that took me four years to make. I don’t think that’s going to happen! I keep begging him to sign a release form so he’s not entitled to 1/3 he refuses he no longer is my attorney. I fired him in September due to his lackadaisical style. I don’t know what he thinks but I’m warning everyone stay away from him. He kept my 10 grand for four months did nothing I got it back only because I contested the charges on my credit card. The guy needs a real wake up call but he doesn’t answer his phone. How the hell do I get him to sign a release form attorney ethics complaint And he’s gonna tell you that he has an office at 926 Haddonfield Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ very nice place by the way I was there. When I asked for Mark, the girl didn’t know his name so she looked in the computer and said he hasn’t been here since Covid

I have often told my children that communication is the most basic form of human decency. I scheduled a consultation with this office, and at first I had hoped his contracting receptionists was an attempt to improve upon the many negative reviews I read about poor communication. Sadly I was wrong. His office scheduled a consultation time with me. I emailed records as requested, and confirmed via email. I confirmed via phone the night before. When the hour came and went without contact, I called again and they apologized saying he was likely behind and promised he would call. Another hour went and I called again. Reception gave me his cell to text. I texted. No response. No follow up and no further communication. I didn’t know “ghosting” was a practice in law, but I now see the many negative reviews were accurate.

Do not use this attorney horrible!!! He's quick to take your money and not do anything been waiting 2 months for him to take care of my case!! Made so many attempts to reach out to this attorney and to no avail all I've been getting is his answering service or his receptionist telling me he's in court. He also has several locations as well. Which should make you think twice!!! I didn't do my homework and now out of the money I gave him. Shame on me for not doing any research first. Don't want to see anyone else fall victim to this odiot. Look at all the other reviews on this page first. I researched another page about him and we're not the only fools who retained him. There are several cases by other clients he retained that have filed a complaint on him. At this point I'm now going to the American Bar Association and to the prosecutor's office to file a formal complaint on him and have his license removed as an attorney in the State of New Jersey. I will demand a full refund of my retainer to him. What a loser!!! Note: I can't believe his answering service or any other of his employees still work for this guy! All of us who had a poor experienced with this attorney we should FILE A CLASS ACTION with NEW JERSEY SUPREME COURT!!

Mark Guralnick is a great lawyer he helped me with a case and is still helping me another case. I will definitely refer him to other people. Just waiting on Legal Malpractice case

Stay away, takes your money, you never hear from him.

I had A malpractice case and then I looked down nobody wanted to take the case because the lawyer who ruined my work he became judge and I met this Lawyer online through legal match and he took his time to read the case know what’s in it, we spent much time me and my daughter to get him all the document he needed and he promised me is gonna be six figure. Everything was fine until I signed the retainer agreement and then I let it go for about two months. I called him multiple time never answer back. Email him multiple times never Answer my e-mail, I left him a text message with all the disrespect didn’t answer and he he sows the message Don’t be fooled with this lawyer. He is very his dishonest he can sell your case for no reason that’s what he did to me. I told him in the beginning the lawyer became a judge. He said I don’t care. I’m doing my job. I believe that you have a winner case Until now I didn’t hear from him. He waited until I lost the chance to sue the other the other Lawyer I mean the judge If he does have 1% of a heart he could answer to me and don’t hurt me and my family

This man is very hard to get a hold of has some many cases that he can’t keep on straight I have been trying to contact this man since Thursday it’s now Tuesday no call no email no nothing!! Where do you work at off so we can speak to a paralegal bc answering service sucks

Don't nobody need to come for Mr. G. He do his job as an attorney. Not only has he worked on one case but he's working on another case for my babies and I will forever use him for any type of law issues he has given me. The balls to go to school to be a paralegal and then go back to school to be a psychologist. People expect too much when sometimes it's not worth what you expect but Mr. G he does what he can as any attorney would and he's going to represent the case as it should be. So make sure you have all your evidence and get right so he can get you that money. And I'm writing this review under my maiden name

Mark is so brilliant. He taught me more about the law than my college law professor and did so for free to help me. What a great man who takes time to understand clients and call them back. I'm so glad Mark may help me. He is everything a good attorney should be. Thanks, Mark.

Should be avoided at all cost. Unless of course you actually want an incompetent, non-responsive, unethical, and unprofessional lawyer.

Excellent attorney.i recommend him highly. He really cares about my case and his legal writing is unmatched.

Only gave him one star because it doesn't allow negative stars. Research him with attorney ethics because he already has complaints waiting on a decision from a judge due to the very same negligence as my accusations. If you have any complaints on mark please fill out an attorney grievance form with attorney ethics. He never responded to me throughout my entire Divorce! He kept charging me for meetings with his new paralegals due to him having a ridiculous turnover and him never briefing them...leavinge to have the task over repeating the same cycle over and over for nothing. Divorce took 3 years and only happened after he got himself removed from my divorce. I tried to file a motion for my children during these 3 years because he did nothing but because I" had "him for an attorney they wouldn't allow me to on my own behalf... He still never kept an appointment. And wasn't acting as my attorney the entire time... Doing NOTHING! Thanks to Mark I... Haven't seen my daughter in 3 years.. Had a house, two businesses, bmw... Now homeless...as a" displaced homemaker ". Never got alimony... I've asked him for a itemized statement of all my fees and he ignores me... I mean why not, he didn't respond as my attorney why would he after the corrupt family court system released him? I only was waiting 3 years! Never once kept an appointment.. Charged my brother's CC for more fees Double 5k twice for some fraudulent tro by my ex yet did nothing for me in it anyway.. Please for the love of God do not hire this pathetic excuse of a human. Mark this isn't over,still learning how to hold you accountable. Luckily I have a year 😊.
