I contacted Matt for handling a speeding ticket in VT. I live in NH and was traveling to NY to take care of my 90yr old mother who has dementia. I was stopped by the officer, and he said I was speeding. I did not think I was speeding and decided to fight the ticket. The ticket amount was 5 points on my license and $250.00 fine. I am so happy I hired Mr. Hart; I was told to never go at it alone in a DUI case BOY people were right!!! I was advised to seek Mr. Hart's advice and counseling. It has been the best advice I have gotten in a long time. It took a long time to get the case resolved but it was covid NOT Attorney Hart that caused the delay. He always got back to me in a timely matter, always listened to my concerns and problems (some not even about the case) I cannot emphasize enough that I would hire this man if you needed to.
