Dan and Matt took my case very seriously since the beginning. I’ve called a few offices but all they did was asked me about my case and never responded. I had a dog bite accident and came across Matthew's office online when searching for San Francisco dog bite lawyer. This happened during Covid quarantine in 2020, so I didn't get to meet Matthew in person. Dan was managing my case and I would give him 5 stars for responsiveness and professionalism. All my questions were answered, and he handled the case without much of my involvement. We were supposed to wait for about 6 months after the dog bite accident before presenting the case to the insurance company. Dan was superb at keeping me updated on the process and progress of my case.
