Terrible customer service, especially to Latinos. I know that I spoke by phone and the service was terrible. On my phone bill, the day, time, and length of time that I was speaking to this office are listed. I have a basis and grounds for this since the lawyer says that she has no proof of who I am. However, I have a basis and grounds for this call and that is my opinion, and I rectify it.
