I cannot express how much I appreciate Melvin Nash. A family member that is a doctor filed a bogus TPO on me for which my husband and I did not have a hearing. I agreed to it because I thought it was to protect me (the doctor threatened me both verbally and physically in my own home with an eyewitness and I’m not her patient). I accidentally sent this family member (who was supposed to be off of my contact list) a few texts on one day and spent 5 days in jail with no priors. It was a holiday weekend. I hired two other attorneys prior to Melvin and spoke with what felt like every attorney in Atlanta before finally finding Mr. Nash in January of 2023. Mr. Nash quickly figured out that my husband and I didn’t get to talk with a judge at the TPO to tell our side of the story. The other side didn’t tell their story either (no real hearing). I’m pretty sure the judge would have tossed it (seeing as though I had a recent surgery and an open surgical wound at this meeting). None of the other attorneys I spoke with told me based upon asking me questions that we didn’t have a hearing. Melvin moved fast to get my felony case dismissed, just as he said he would the first time I met him. I never had a single court date either. I’m forever grateful for Mr. Nash for getting me my life back!

I called Mr Nash after receiving a traffic ticket. He explained my options and told me he would put what we discussed in an email for me and I could let him know. The next day I called and paid the fee to retain his services. He took care of everything from there and did exactly as he promised. His staff is very helpful and prompt to return phone calls and answer questions. I highly recommend this firm.

Sam Nash returned my granddaughter's call promptly. The advertisement we received by mail was accurate and a flat fee was charged based on her case. We did our research on traffic laws in Georgia and he was very honest and we believe he will get done what we would like. He was very professional and polite and his phone conversation really helped my granddaughter peace of mind.

Mr Nash was able to assist me with my case making it where the accident doesn’t appear on my record. Overall I was very happy with results.

So I called this law office today to follow up on my step dads case and I spoke to one of the assistants in the office who was very rude then she mocked me and hung up in my face when I called back she continued to answer and say please hold just simply unprofessional considering the nature of my call and money that had been paid to Atty Nash side note they are not for us I don't recommend using them at all worse encounter I've ever had be careful with me I don't play pretty at all and will not tolerate disrespect

Response from owner

Although I'm sorry that you're upset, Our firm is bound to the standards set by the State Bar of Georgia and the Rules of Professional Conduct which do not allow us to discuss a client's case with anyone other than the client unless we have express permission from the client.

If you’re a first time offender, I wouldn’t recommend Melvin Nash. I used him between 2020 and 2021. If I had gone with my gut, I’d of saved a lot of money. I was a first time offender and he did for me what a court appointed lawyer could have done for a few hundred bucks, for $5000. I only ended up paying $4500. Whenever he spoke to me he would say to stay off of dope (marijuana), because of failed tests, but I was pregnant and no longer smoking. I passed the test for the court house so I’m not sure why I kept failing the tests at the place he sent me to. He was just rude honestly. His assistant handled majority of the work while he rarely spoke with me. This is obviously just my experience and doesn’t mean another would have the same, but I just thought I should share.

Response from owner

Hi Ms. Weaver, my name is Sam Nash and I am one of the attorney's at the firm. I took some time to review your case and believe it's important to understand that outcome of each client's case is based on the unique facts and circumstances presented to us. If something happens during the course of representation, such as a failed drug test, that affects a diversion agreement, we use our knowledge and experience to work towards the best possible outcome. I realize that carrying the burden of a pending criminal case carries extreme anxiety and stress. In these situations, I find firm and direct legal advice is more valuable to the client and avoids confusion. I hope you and your family are well and wish you continued success in the future now that your case is over.

Mr. Sam Nash is great. He helped me get through a silly situation that shouldn't have warranted a traffic citation at all. He's pretty low maintenance, but that's because he understands the process. 3 or 4 quick emails following our first and only intro call and he was able to do exactly what he said he would do. Recommended.

Response from owner

Thank you for the kind words. It was my pleasure to serve you. Sam

I had a Rico case he did nothing for me I pay 6k for what

Response from owner

Hi, Mr. Desinor. After reviewing the 2019 disposition of your case and that of your 23 co-defendants it appears that, of the 29 felony charges, you entered a negotiated plea to only one count. Your sentence was many years less than that your co-defendants. Many of which are still serving prison time. I'm glad you're not in jail and wish you luck.
