The lawyer that I spoke to was very rude. She asked about my situation but from the beginning she was giving me attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day. But still should be taking it out on clients. I would not recommend them.

I have no idea how he has a rating of a five. I contacted Mr. Weiss because of this score. It's wrong! He had my case for 1.5 years. I know these things take time so for 1 year, I did not contact him. I regret not asking questions sooner. I finally reached out to him to see what is going on. His paralegal/secretary blew me off all the time saying Mr. Weiss is in a meeting or will call me back. He NEVER called me back. I called for 3 months. I finally got a letter from him a year and a half after he took my case telling me he can not proceed with the case but if I want to continue I need to have it refiled in a court within 3 months. how laughable is that when he sat on it for over a year and a half and did not give me any updates. He thinks someone else can get it filed with the courts in under 3 months. Do not waste your time with Mr. Weiss.

I would not recommend him to anyone else!! At the beginning made me feel like we were we had a case we could do anything that he was the guy to do it. But as soon as he lost his main witness he lost the will to fight and was super rude to me on the phone when I've been nothing but cordial and supported and giving him enough leeway not bothering him at all I just calling everyone every Couple of months or so just to see update. Now hes dropped me to must before my deadline Say nothing he can do for me also hung up the phone on me. Had to call up repeatedly a number of times just for him to talk to me to make sure I was going the paperwork doesn't ever want to see someone's face-to-face. Busy told me nothing you do for me he. Also call them several times did not want to return my phone call.I would not recommend him to anyone else!!!!!
