My experience with the law firm rates 5 out of 10. I tracked my case more than the firm. Communication was slow and vague. I had to call multiple times to get updates. The medical providers charged high amounts. The treatment did little. Time on a water bed and lay down on it😂 Overall, the process felt mediocre. The firm should improve follow up with insurance and manage medical providers better.

I don't recommend this lawyer. The reason is that they wanted me to sign the papers in English, and I don't understand English. I told them to give me a copy in Spanish so I could understand what I was signing, and Cinthia told me to find another lawyer or someone I trusted to explain the contract to me in Spanish. Does this lawyer not help Hispanic people, or is it just Cinthia? Or did she discriminate against me for not speaking Spanish?
