Dan Moffatt helped me out with my Case and did more than I could have asked. Great person to work with. I had 2 wrong Felonies filed by my insurance Company which was not supposed to be a felonies and my 1st hearing was on January 12, 2021 and I had a Public Defender and they let me sit for 4 hrs and reschedule the date in May then I was trying to find various Lawyers but everybody was given me a very high price and all money they want upfront and trying to scare me so that I can immediately hire them. Then I found Law Offices of Pereira & Moffat and Mr. Daniel Moffat took over my case with a very reasonable price and gave me a break to pay him in multiple installments and he did a great job since he took over my case in May 2021 and was able to dismiss both charges within 3 months. He was very punctual on time on Court hearing dates reach before I arrives and always offer to meet any time even on weekend if I have any questions or concerns on my case.
