I thought I was the only one having problems, but the same thing is happening to me. They won't give me the paperwork stating they're no longer representing me. Since I contacted them in June, they haven't done anything, and now that I want to send my paperwork myself, I can't. They keep returning it because they're still listed as my representatives. They tell me to wait for a new court appointment, and no one knows when that will be—in a year or more. Until then, I can't submit anything. I'm just asking for the document they made me sign to cancel my contract with them, and they won't give it to me. I see I'm not the only one who has or had problems, but I hope they resolve this for me.

They never answer the phone and keeps rescheduling the appointments for weeks. I have no clue why uscis recived my 2 applications 6 months after filling paperwork with them. I wouldn't send my worse enemy there they deserve -5 star rate. Good luck with them!

It's sad to think that these people are going to worry about your case. The only thing they're interested in is getting your money and not doing any work. In my case, I had a routine check-up. The lawyer arrived an hour and 30 minutes late for the appointment. He wasn't present when they called me, and I had to find a solution by speaking directly to an officer because the lawyer wasn't present. Please, I warn people not to waste their money with this person and with this supposedly unprofessional firm.

I'm so disappointed because all I'm asking for is custody of my son, and he wasn't even willing to fight for it, not even for a week to have my own child with him. I've given him proof of how the father treats the son and me. In short, they don't deserve even one star. Sorry, girls, but they don't deserve anything.

Honestly, it was a disappointment. They lied to my face three times, claiming they had sent my paperwork. It was a lie. They lied to me three times until my husband confronted them at the office. They apologized for the lie, and when my husband told them they wouldn't lie to him again or he would sue, they returned the paperwork and the money we paid by mail with a letter stating they would no longer represent us. This was due to the altercation, which was actually my husband asking for an explanation. So, they were the ones who were offended. It was disrespectful, and I don't recommend them.

Terrible lawyers. All they did was ask my dad for money every single time and NEVER got back to him. He called earlier today and they had the nerve to say he has NO CASE with them. Going to gather all receipts and sue. This is UNBELIEVEABLE.

I have used Pat since I was a juvenile and I'm now 36, he is hands down best lawyer and is similar to a magician on how he gets things dismissed, not guilty ect. My family and friends been using him for years and no complaints, I was facing a serious sentence few years ago and some how as usual Pat got the case thrown out, he might not be that punctual lol he's a busy lawyer but when he's in the court room on your court date your gonna see why he's been in business all these years

horrible, never contact you about your case and you have to call them to remind them of appointments, expiring documents, they request emails and never email back. Its impossible to make a appointment, and they wont listen to my concerns, just brush everything under the rug.

They are thieves, they stole like two thousand $$$ from me and the entire office staff has very bad blood pressure. I lost my money since 2017. I filed my case and that of my three children and they only gave me one permit and I paid for my children and for my case so well. All this time they were taking money from me. They don't touch my heart to steal your money. On January 17, 2024, I called them only for them to tell me that they were not my lawyers and they practically stole my money. They are disgusting lawyers 😡😡 I do not recommend them.

Don't waste your money or your time!! The employee is very rude when answering, and months go by with no response. Almost $3,000 lost for nothing.

Terrible lawyers, they're not good people. All they do is squeeze more and more money out of you, and when it comes down to it, they ask for your deportation. They're trash. I hope God gives them what they deserve very soon because everything in this life comes back to you, you can be sure of that. I recommend you don't waste your money; we already lost more than $6,000 USD.

They're terrible, don't waste your time or money. The lawyer is never available, and once you're their client, it takes a month for them to respond. The people who work there are awful. That place is useless; it's a waste of time.
