11 stars if I could. Patricia Turnage is simply brilliant at constructing arguments and at helping people to get the justice they seek. She has been on the bench, she does a variety area such as contract disputes, personal injury, eviction, and she is exceptionally intelligent, empathetic, and helpful. Lawyers in general are not well-liked in our culture; Patricia is a rare gem- she is ethical and extremely skilled and competent. And she has a great personality!

Mrs turnages agree to take my case for very little money from me with my low income and she helping me with my landlord she is very caring person and a great attorney with a lot of skills thank you so much for helping me 🙏

She’s very unprofessional She’s friends with the opposing attorney. She’s a fraud and will hold to your money. She’s always coming up with excuses. Do not hire her to represent you.

I do understand busy but no response but never returned a call or email

$500 for a one hour CONSULTATION fee that’s ridiculous that’s unheard of most people give you a free consultation or a very low fee consultation. I understand if that’s her hourly rate but all I needed was to ask one question because I can’t find the answer anywhere else. She obviously doesn’t care very much for people who are unable to pay such an amount just to get a consultation. She’s robbing people that need help charging that much for a consultation That’s a shady attorney right there

Called to get some legal help was told I would receive a call back once the ATTY was free the assistant took some information and I never heard from anyone. I called as well as sent an online request. No respond. This happened for almost 2 weeks then I received a voice mail stating there is a $500 consultation fee for the ATTY to talk to me, and if I was invested call back and pay the fee and she will talk to me.

A little rude front desk but I think problem with neighbor harassment but results oriented was able to expediently file the necessary paperwork and I think problem dealt with!

Patricia, from the initial meeting to the end of my case went above and beyond on my landlord tenant case. In the end I was able to have my home back from unlawfully piece of trash. Thanks patricia

A law office that only accepts cash in person in 2022? No thank you! I paid $450 for 15 minute consultation. I had to drive from El Cerrito to Hayward to pay the consultation fee. Following I agreed to retain her for $5000. She would only accept cash in person at her Hayward office. Refused outright to take any other form of certified payment. Why would a reputable attorney not want an electronic or digital transaction recorded? Seems knowledgeable but the cash only part? #SHADY

They are never available to answer the telephone. I don't know if they're in business or not.

I called for a question that had me stressing and running in my mind over and over again but I found this number and when I called I got to actually speak to Patricia and she answered the question I needed to get answers she was so knowledgeable and respectful and didn’t rush the conversation she took her time and explained everything to me in detail and what could be done. I am really thankful for the advice and the fact that I was able to speak to a live person thank you very much once again.

Few stars doesn’t mean that the business is bad. It doesn’t mean that we need to believe in All bad reviews. There are individuals out there who could tarnish the credibility of the business to get something out from these businesses, or perhaps in revenge for, or maybe from other business competitors who would want others to fail, while they rise. I think people who never had their experience with Patricia should not make any negative comment. I am a current client, and i do recommend her to everyone out there. When i tried and called lawyers, i have never hesitated to contact her office no matter what the reviews were. I know they were busy and that is expected on lawyers, because of the multiple cases that they’ve been handling. Handling multiple cases means business is excellent and the lawyer which is “Patricia Turnage”, is indeed the best of the best lawyers around the Bay Area. For YELP, i have been eyeing on you! This is not the first business whom you have offered for them to pay, in return of deleting the negative report/s on businesses. Let’s be clear on this, have you”YELP” paid people to write negative reviews so that you can offer businesses to pay a lot of money for the removal of those negative reviews? That means “YELP” reviews and the “YELP” itself CANNOT be TRUSTED. Reviews MUST or NEEDs to be realistic, and needs to be INVESTIGATED if those reviews were true and not coming from fake people who were being paid.

Patricia is a highly sought after attorney and I can see why. We just finished trial and let me tell you she's super knowledgeable of the court process. She made the other council look like an idiot! I see some folks have commented that she is less than 5 star quality but that is because they dont understand how difficult it can be when an attorney is in trial. All calls are answered by the staff and the attorney is left to be 100% focused on her trial. Which I would imagine as a client you would appreciate! Sorry if she cant be at everyone's beck n call and one can please everyone. If you are lucky enough to have her attention, she's definitely worth it. I trust and value Mrs. Turnage, she will be who I use until she retires.
