The receptionist/intake specialist was very nasty, condescending and rude. Despite being a Connecticut resident, she informed me they do not serve my county. Thinly veiled prejudice.

He’s the best lawyer and really, really good person all the people that work in the office that are so pleasant.

I was worried about the trouble I was in, but Andrew helped me throughout the entire process. He was present in court, and now I'm out of trouble thanks to him. They treated me exceptionally well. I have nothing but praise for the secretary, Angela Bonilla. She's kind, helpful, and always ready to assist you. She explains things you don't understand, answers your questions, and if you don't speak English, she translates for you with the attorney. She's always on top of the case. For a lawyer of his caliber, he came up blank. He was advanced payment in full and there was no tangible results. As I later found out, he was almost disbarred for destroying images of young boys on behalf of a local church. The Hartford Courant recommended that he should not be allowed to practice law. Also, as noted in AVVO, he has been reprimanded by the CT Statewide Grievance Committee for separate violations of ethical responsibility.
