Okay, so first, this guy approaches each case like a well-choreographed performance, with each member of the team knowing exactly when and how to act. From the first meeting, they took stock of every detail, dissecting the situation thoroughly while making me feel entirely understood. Second, they explained potential outcomes with clarity and honesty, leaving no ambiguity and no fear of the unknown. Third, their courtroom skills are awe-inspiring, executing strategy with precision that seemed almost preordained. But what made the experience exceptional was their human touch(reminders, check-ins), and thoughtful advice that made me feel like more than just a client. My case went from being a source of stress and confusion to a structured, confident process that ended successfully. These guys set a completely new standard in legal service.
I had a great experience working with Attorney Greg and Maricela. They made the entire process incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. Contacted RF Wittmeyer for help after I was involved in an accident with an uninsured driver. My insurance company didn't cover my hospital bills even though the accident was not my fault. The team at RF Wittmeyer worked with the insurance providers and the hospital to get the bills lowered. They kept negotiating, got the bills paid and were also able to give me a small payment. I could not be happier with how hard they worked for me! Highly recommend them.

I was hit riding my Bicycle and was pretty roughed up. Wasn't sure what to do. Then the law offices R.F Wittmeyer advised me they would take my case! As you mentioned, when the adverse insurance company refused to pay our reasonable pre-trial offer to settle your case (and instead continued to low ball us), we took your case to a jury trial. And, the jury verdict came in well in excess of both the adverse insurance company's last offer, and the defendant's policy limits. Then, we insisted on the adverse insurance company paying the entire amount of the judgment, interest and penalties, including the amounts in excess of their policy limits, which they eventually did pay.<br>Attorneys Dan Extrom and Paula Candea both did an excellent job trying your case. And, while I was at trial the last day, I didn't see your testimony, but Dan told me that you did an excellent job in your testimony, and he felt you really connected well with the jury. This no doubt had a positive effect on the outcome of your case. As you mention, Dan retired last summer, after a career of more than 40 years - and his final trial (your case) was a great one to go out on. Unlike some law firms, our firm is ready to go to trial when the insurance companies will not pay reasonable compensation, which happened in your case.<br>I am also very happy to hear that everyone on our team took good care of you.
