Mr Payne went above and beyond for me. He was caring and compassionate and let me know what was going on every step of the way. He took the time to explain what was going on and not just with a email or an assistant he would call me personally and answer my questions or concerns. This was a horrible situation to be in and he made going through it easier because I knew he was handling this part and I could concentrate on surgeries and healing. I will always be grateful to Mr Payne and all he did with my case.

The Wittmeyer Lawyers handled my accident case that occurred in 2022. The details of my accident were somewhat challenging due to being in another person's vehicle during the said accident. Mr. Payne, Terri, & associates handled the case as quickly as could be expected. I understand there were times that things can be frustrating in these cases, but Mr. Payne always spoke to me in a kindly manner & helped me understand the wording of the case records at all times as needed. I endured a vicious dog attack and was immediately left wondering what I should do. I didn’t know the next steps, but what I did know, was that everything my dogs and I endured that day, was not fair. I barely had enough money to pay for the vet bill, but had to pay in order for my dog to live. I decided to contact the office of RF Wittmeyer and was immediately helped and informed of any following steps. The whole process made me feel more at ease, and made the healing process a little more comfortable. In the end, I received a settlement that I am more than happy with and would proudly recommend attorney Payne or anyone at the office of RF Wittmeyer for anyone’s who’s struggling with their next steps after a personal injury.
