When I originally met with the attorney I agreed on 33.3% to the offices of RF Witmeyer which is 1/3 and now that we settled they are trying to claim I owe extra "Client fees " and now want to take 50% of settlement amount I don't not recommend this office this is ridiculous Attorney also changed last minute and the whole thing just didn't go well.

Not very communicative I started my journey with my personal injury case a year ago. We sent my offer letter to the company in August. Now everytime i call my case worker is never in. Lawyer unreachable. When I did finally get a hold of my case worker she told me they didn't have me sign all my documents and that the type of insurance I had affected my case. When I asked why I wasn't told all this in the beginning they just apologized. Im honestly pretty sure I'm not getting aything back because they did not guide me properly nor will they even talk to me! I am absolutely so over this process and really wish I had chose someone else. I had multiple layers who wanted the case but Ron insured me I'd be taken care of..... here we are. I understand these cases take a while but there is no excuse not to inform someone of what's going on. Have they even reached the other company idk. One girl told me yes they have responded and one told me no .... again its been 5 months since the letter was suppose to have a response.
