Recently met with Mr Powell for estate planning including will, POA, etc. Very professional and asked pertinent questions I had not thought of. He also provided a checklist of items to handle to avoid probate. Highly recommend and will use again as the need arises.

Easy to work with and great communication. Once the document was prepared, attorney Powell sat with us for an hour to read through and explain each step. I would say our document was relatively basic in its structure but the cost was on the top end. It would have been welcome to have a sliding price based on complexity of the situation. Overall highly recommended.
