He's only good for ripping people off. My daughters have had him for over three years, and he's never done his job properly. Every time they went to court, some document he'd filed was incorrect, but they had to pay him the full amount at the first court date. Now he's just stringing them along. Every time they call him—if he even answers—he says, "Call me back tomorrow," "Call me back on Monday," and he still hasn't finished the case. Don't trust him; he's worse than a rat. He just takes your money, and what's worse, his assistant is only friendly at first. Once she has your money in her pocket, she becomes rude and practically yells. He charged my daughters $5,000 for the case. He took half when we hired him and the rest at the first court hearing, which, by the way, never happened, but he kept the money. And now he claims they still owe him because he's charging them by the hour. Please, don't even think about hiring him.

I strongly advise against hiring this lawyer. If I could give him zero stars, I would. We were with him for three years before finally removing him from our case. He charged us a total of $5,000 for what was supposed to be our case. In the end, it turned out we still owed him $4,875. He claimed his fees were hourly, which he never stated, and there was no contract to that effect. Don't waste your time or money.

Do NOT waste your TIME, MONEY or Energy in this place. worst lawyer in town. NEVER answers NEVER has time to get back at you. Secretary does not know how to do her job either. Been wasting 3 years of my life with this person. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Once you pay them you no longer matter.

Horrible experience this lawyer does nothing for you money wasted my mother went to court for a home as a divorce was taken in place and instead of a 50/50 verdict my mom lost the home, he didn’t even fight for equity and the judge also accused my mother of fraud by marriage. He did not speak for her in the process of the court at all. He’s quiet and is quick for money grab BEWARE!!!

He's a terrible lawyer; he just takes his money and solves nothing. If you want to lose your money, come and consult with him.

He worked 2 years on my case didn’t resolved anything at all he never answers calls or anything we had agreed on 15k for my case then one month before my trial he decided to increased 10k more just cause he wanted. Just loose money with him I DO NOT recommend him

I guess Richard saw and didn't like my previous review from last year even though I gave him 5 stars on Avvo. Lupita his paralegal is still a fast talker. She is condescending and will try and confuse you. I went in there yesterday to talk about getting my background handled like I said I would and he stuck me with her to discuss things. I think this was his way of trying to get back at me over the review. He had no time for me and was very different then I had described him in my previous review last year. Even though we had a mutual understanding before something had changed. Was a waste of time and energy. I'll be going to someone else. They pretend they will help you. If you are desperate I guess it works but they won't want you to actually succeed in life or possibly get ahead of them in some way.

He's an unprofessional lawyer, terrible at his defenses, never winning a single argument or motion for anything. His briefs are unsubstantiated. He's made me lose hundreds of thousands, but he charges like the big guys in NY. 20,000 wasted. He never answers his calls, only his "assistant," who always seems angry. His law license should be revoked.

My respects to this lawyer; he helped my whole family... I highly recommend him.

There doesn't seem to be a receptionist and there doesn't seem to be a way of leaving Mr. Nuñez a message to call back. Maybe by pointing this out the issue will be corrected, I hope...

Go elsewhere, this attorney has ties with DA and will pull strings to make your case come up again. Causing it to be a new case and forced to pay attorney fees again. Go elsewhere.

Do not pay him all upfront. Find someone else this people will just give you excuses. Been almost 2 years with my case and nothing but excuses.
