Absolutely the worst attorney I have ever encountered. Hired him back (retainers fee and all) in May to file a mechanics lien here we are in mid July and he did nothing but make 1 phone call and write one letter. Would not recommend to anyone. Does not answer phone calls, texts, or emails. BEWARE......
