Rob Anaya had won 2 lawsuits for me. 1 being a child molestation case with many blockages along the way. He didn't give up. He prevailed. The 2nd was a car accident that a person hit our rear fender causing my neck excruciating long term damage and pain. I had to have titanium put in my neck years later...unknown if it was directly related to accident but it certainly was not helpful.

We hired Robert Anaya for our civil case. It was a restraining order case with Judicial Officer Freeland in Modesto Ca. Mr. Anaya showed up well prepared and ready for our case. He covered every aspect of evidence. My husband is a 25 year Peace Officer and false allegations were made against him by an inmate. The best attorney for child custody. He explained the process, followed through with all court dates and me and my ex figured out a schedule that worked for both of us.

I would not recommend this firm to litigate Probate.
