I was referred to Robert Wallenstein after a car accident in late 2018. I was hit in front from flying debris from a tow truck and hit in back by a texting college student; neither were insured. My own insurance company had proven to be difficult in a past experience without legal counsel, so I hired Mr. Wallenstein. Was first referred to Bob Wallenstein in 2009 after a serious car accident that injured myself and my passenger. Bob and Kelly were very helpful in working with me and my friend in getting a settlement in reference to. Was unfortunate that I found myself in need of their services again when was I rear-ended while sitting at a red light in 2018. Really appreciate their help once again in settling the matter. Hope not to need their services again in the future, but appreciate knowing that Bob and Kelly are there if I need them. Highly recommend them, their professionalism and service are uncontested.

Mr. Wallenstein went to bat for me. My car was totaled in 2018 when I was rear-ended on the freeway. After this, I had a mountain of medical bills and stress from my injuries. Mr. Wallenstein was able to take my information and win me the full amount for my injuries. I recommend his services to anyone with the misfortune of being involved in an accident.

Robert put me in a bigger whole. He didn't know all the California traffic laws and reported to me that another insurance was 75% liable and in the end he didn't even know they denied liability completely because he wasn't involved with my case. I literally had to haunt them down. Kelly, his assistant was sweet, however, Robert was very unprofessional and told me he was a lawyer not a psychologist because i was expressing my aggravation on how he totally screwed up my case. I now have another lawyer that from the gecko has mentioned everything Robert failed to mentioned to me and on top of it told me to get another Lawyer after messing it all up. Horrible service from him.

If there were an option of 0 stars I would rate it as that. Had my case for about a yr, finished all treatment and would call him in a regular to get updates. I’ve only seen the man 1 time. The last step was for him to receive all of my medical records , go through it and then write up a demand letter. I called last Friday to get an update ,since he has never called me once with any status, and of course he never returned my call. That’s the usual. Then I called this past Monday to hear what’s next then he clearly says to me “ I don’t feel like going through your box of medical records. I just don’t have the time for it and I’ll let someone else go on a wild goose chase with this case. This case isn’t a priority for me and I suggest that you retain another lawyer.” Beyond unprofessional and rude!!!! Honestly this lawyer is much more interested in how much your case is worth. If you’re not dying forget it. He wanted a tough case,he accepted it and ended up wasting my time when I could of retained another great lawyer. Pure laziness on his part and literally the box wasn’t even big. I went to pick it up and was like “ are you serious ! This you can go through in a week or 2-3 days and you don’t have time?! Beyond beyond beyond lazy, unprofessional, not personable, no where near trustworthy.Honeslty don’t waste your time with this attorney. STAY AWAY!

Worst experience ever. Unless you’ve lost a limb, he has no intention of helping you. He looks out for his doctor “friends” before he does you.

This man is not afraid to take the case to a jury. If a lawyer doe not do that, he's not worth your money. Bob is worth every penny!
