If I could give ZERO stars I would. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mr. Santos and his law firm. Despite being eager to work with me initially, he failed to deliver on his promises. Communication was poor, and I often had to reach out multiple times to get updates on my case. Documents were sent to opposing counsel without my review or approval, and I was left in the dark about the status of my case. The final court date had to be pushed back because my counter-proposal was never sent to opposing counsel, despite my repeated emails and calls. After the court date, I never heard from Mr. Santos again and had to rely on checking the court records to find out what had happened. It's unacceptable that I was not informed about the outcome of my case or given the opportunity to review and sign any agreements. I don’t even have a copy of my custody orders or the outcome because I was essentially ghosted by the lawyer firm following that rescheduled court date. Given the $4,500 retainer fee I paid, I expected a much higher level of service. It's unfortunate that Mr. Santos's actions fell so short of my expectations. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I will now be having to save money to rehire a lawyer to actually help me with my child custody case.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Terrible communication and charged me a 6500$ retainer to file 3 documents and never even appeared in court. Refused to give me a refund for the retainer and is even claiming that they went over the retainer fee. Do yourself a favor and pick a different law firm because this one is a scam

I highly recommend this law firm because since day one Mrs.Cyndi has been attentive and professional about our case and so has Mr.Santos.. they reassured me that our case would be top priority and that he cared about our case and our son just as much as we did and wanted and got the best result we could ask for.. by the grace of god I am blessed to have them in our corner

If you're looking for a good Divorce Lawyer, he is NOT it! He keeps getting terrible reviews. That must be a red FLAG! I've had a great experience with Eduardo Romero and Madeline Lopez-Escoto. Both those attorneys come with great experience and charge THOUSANDS LESS! I've gotten quoted from different attorneys and Mr. Santos seems to be the MOST expensive! NOT WORTH IT!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Honestly at first Mr Santos’s office was excellent I was being helped by a girl named Jessica and Mr Santos, they would always reach out . I don’t know what happened that all of a sudden a Ms Cyndi took over and she is very rude and unprofessional. I could never get a hold of Mr Santos again and they took forever to make changes on my divorce decree. She wanted me to sign but there was something on the fine print that I did not agree with. Time passed and I finally decided to follow up because they never did and I just signed to get it over with. Cyndi told me that after being signed the process would be fast . It’s been a little over a month now and still nothing. I have to call like 5 times and even had to use someone else’s phone before they answered and when they do it’s always a lady named Cyndi with an extremely terrible attitude. This time she told me that i just signed and it would take some time . My ex wife’s lawyer reached out to us and said Mr Santos ‘s office has not turned in the signed decree to the judge. They have no paperwork from me ! I tell her I want to speak to Mr Santos and she just tells me he will return my phone call and never does ! I called today and was extremely upset but never used foul language what I said was “this is totally B.S”. exactly like that two letters. Now she sends me an email that they were waiting for me to sign but I never did til now , that next time I call I shouldn’t use foul language towards them and I should be more professional.How was I going to sign something I did not agree with?? I told them I didn’t agree and they never sent updated documents. She emailed me today that JUST TODAY they sent decree to opposing counsel!!! Why just today??? When I signed over a month ago!

I do not recommend this lawyer. I paid this lawyer around $20,000 and could not close my case for two years. I hired another lawyer who charged $100 more an hour but it only cost me $3000 to close my case in a few months.

Mr.Santos and his staff have been very helpful during a very difficult time. He started on my case in a matter of minutes after our consultation meeting.
