I wish I could give Scott Marshall more than 5 stars!! I want to say Thank You to Attorney, Scott Marshall because I truly appreciate all the hard work that he has done for us in the last 33 years. He throughly studies the cases and prepares my files so when we go into court I have confidence on the outcome. I could not imagine doing all this work without his help!! I would give him a 0 but I am being nice...he offended me so bad...i called to get information about my husband getting a poa for his grandfather and when I mentioned certain things that needed to be handle he quickly judged me and what I wanted to do...he made me feel like we were trying to steal something not knowing or wanting to know that my husband's grandfather only has one child so he has no family to help him take care of things but this lawyer decided he knew more about me and the situation and declined the case with attitude and then hang up on me when I was asking him for advice on who to go to and the proper legal steps...if we were planning bad he would of never been called
