I had some questions about a possible case and I could not be happier with how it was handled. It was all simply explained to me and I was walked through every step. I never once felt judged or looked down upon. I can’t imagine a job too big, yet they wouldn’t hesitate to handle a smaller job with the same amount of care. If the time comes, I will use their services again in the future.

I was looking for an attorney for my Divorce. I saw a posting on Facebook and looked up the reviews on this law firm and they looked so good, I then hired them to take on my case for my Divorce. I writing this to let people know that before you hire these attorneys, they will continue to charge you an arm and leg for everything. The attorney that was handling my case has only done 3 things and has charged me over $11,600 and we haven't even been to court or anything yet and continues to charge for things that he doesn't even discuss with about what they are. His response was oh I thought that I sent it. Please reconsider when you are thinking about hiring this law firm. Financially, no one can take on this kind of financial burden. It almost feels like a money scam with them. Beware please!!

Last year I received a threatening Cease & Desist letter from a former employer because I had left an honest Google review pointing out their many flaws & lack of ethics, which over a dozen other employees had done. I was threatened with defamation & more. I was acquainted with Shannon from a common friend, so decided to contact her. She reviewed the C&D, my original review, and let me know they were bluffing; since everything I said was true & verifiable, they didn’t have a leg to stand on. With her guidance I drafted a response, to which their lawyers never even responded and now 3-4 months later, it’s a dead issue. She likely saved me thousands of dollars from hiring another firm and stopped me from capitulating to their unfounded demands.

False charges and delayed everything resulting in more money.

****DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM OF AN OFFICE**** We have paid this office thousands and thousands of dollars- receive zero communication, they will bill you for court dates that NEVER happened. You email them- and they won’t respond, but will charge you for the email. They have been zero help in a very serious custody matter. Julie Jernigan has done nothing to advocate for us or communicate with us despite thousands and thousands of dollars. When we reach out about being charged for court dates that never happened- she bills us for reaching out, and then never responds. Insane. We are filing a complaint with the Kentucky Bar association.

**DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING FOR YOU!** apparently I'm not the only one to have been fleeced by this particular firm and given zero results or progress. I was told by their first attrney I had a good arguments for a case I was mislead repeatedly. They have been vague and obfuscatory in their communications never reporting actual progress or results or providing weekly reports in the emails. their supposedly well prepared and diligent team has regularly contradicted each other at every turn when asked for details on the case. I have seen zero results, they took my money, then delivered nothing, they couldnt even send a simple letter of demand detailing my position and requesting mediation. let me abridge the situation that happened to me: their first attrney never reported progress, only vague promises, their first attrney forgot important documents weeks into the project, their first attrney gave various excuses and did not deliver on promises, then their first attrney left the firm and the change over was handled in the most unprofessional way imaginable-(missed appointments, had no clue what this case was about, and didn't seem to have any of the legal strategy or documents the first attorney spend months preparing for the case), in conclusion: their first attrney did not hand over any relevant documents even after a month of their leaving, nobody ever initiated any court proceedings or arbitrations with the defendant, at no point did they show evidence of taking my case seriously. this indicates to me a complete absence of accountability or professionalism
