I had a very upsetting experience during my consultation with this attorney. I came in vulnerable, emotional, and hoping to be heard — even shedding a few tears as I explained my situation. Unfortunately, rather than listening with empathy or professionalism, he was presumptive and dismissive, immediately leaning toward the assumption that I was at fault. When I presented photographic evidence that contradicted the terms of the breached contract, he not only disregarded it but went so far as to suggest one of my photos had been photoshopped — an accusation that was both offensive and unfounded. Every concern I raised was met with excuses for the other party’s behavior, until it became undeniable that my case had merit. Even then, instead of guiding me appropriately, he misguided me by suggesting I seek attorneys in another state, rather than recommending someone who practices federal law, which is what my case requires. What was most disappointing was the sense of bias I felt. I wore casual clothes — tights and a T-shirt — and it truly felt like he judged me based on appearance, making assumptions about my background. It was unprofessional, disheartening, and completely inappropriate. If you're looking for real legal support from someone knowledgeable and unbiased, I strongly advise you to keep looking. This attorney was neither genuine nor informed, in my experience.
