Not worth a minute of your time.

This place came highly recommended. that was far from the case. i signed all the documents for them to represent me in my case, but when i reached out my attorney had no idea who I was. so moving forward. i had a deposition, we had 30 minutes to prep for. in that 30 minutes he took another call for 10 minutes. then we had a court date that he didnt show up for. the judge had to order someone to get ahold of him. He never call back or returns emails. I felt like i was doing this all alone. in my opinion if you are looking for someone to help and CARE about you, look else where. they never once asked how I was doing. Just my honest opinion.

Been about 4 years since I hired them. Only gotten 1 retuned phone call. Only been able to get ahold of my lawyer on the phone about 3 times. Every time I call he's either not their or busy. I have zero idea of what has been going on with my case or where it stands. They have promised to mail me my case info at least 3 times. Never did. I feel like the lawyer abandoned my case with out letting me know. All I've ever asked for was a simple update on the case. But apparently that's to difficult. So now what am I supposed to do?

Attorney Cheng was referred to me by a really good broker Loc Pham to assist with the sale of my practice. This was a start up practice I'v built from scratch for 7 years and wanted to exit this business and relocate. I had several years remaining on the lease contract and wanted to be sure I will be indemnified from the Landlord should the new buyers default on the lease. Attorney Cheng previously was a licensed practicing Dentist and thus with his dual degree in law has a wealth of knowledge to represent both buyer and seller in the purchase/sale of any dental practice. He is very professional, responsive, and thorough with the work the does to protect his clients. Originally was referred to Jeng and Associates via Solhi Law Firm (has since changed name) which was the firm I consulted with initially regarding my WC claim. After learning that Jeng and Associates were my assigned counsel, and finally getting the process going, I was able to work with my Atty. via phone and email. He was able to secure a settlement with the third party claims indemnity ( they represented my former employer) and through a few hurdles, he was able to get my scheduled deposition with defense atty. into an informal settlement offer meeting (I did not have to attend a deposition) AND, my Atty. was able to approach defense with a settlement amount I was seeking that he was able to get them to agree to (I did not have to attend the settlement meeting). He kept in communication with me and proved very knowledgeable and empathic to the pain and suffering I was going through, while offering different options and legal advice. I felt he was representing me in my best interest rather than his own or his office’s, The settlement was received in a timely manner. Overall, satisfied with my case outcome and the representation Jeng and Associates provided me and my Family.
