I was very happy with Mr. Kelsey's outcome for my RD ticket, as for the past review, some people have a short temper and as we all know, some people get personal, but in the end, it's not your problem, it's theirs, if we were to all agree on Internet opinions, then we would be biased and not ourselves😉

I'm only giving one star because that's what it takes to reply in this box the person who answer the phone was rude and uneducated about his or her job. I was acutally was a referral that they didn't no just to see there customer service. If u choose to do business with them please look other places be for choosing them thank u all

Down to the point and sincere. He did a great job for me. He really does care about his customers. For what I paid, Mr. Kelsey went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you!
