I was involved in an accident this year in April. The other driver was irate and I wasn't able to get any of her contact information. I did not even have her name. The police advise that I wait until the police report was file. This did not set well with me, I shared my concerns with my friend and she gave me Mr. Barnett's number. I explained what happened to Mr. Barnett and he took it from there. He was personable and professional. He explained EVERY detail to me about how he could assist and the good and the bad of what could happen as it related to my case. He even assisted with me locating a medical doctor for my treatment. My case was resolved relatively quickly and I did not have to worry about anything. Mr. Barnett would update me whenever he had new information. His major concern was not the amount of the settlement, but he wanted to make sure that I was better and nothing else was wrong. Mr. Barnett has a client for life, but I am NOT looking forward to being in another accident.
