Horrible, they don't answer. BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL

To be honest, my case lasted 2 years and they did get me good compensation

Well, I'm very disappointed and so mad at them. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework before hiring them to represent me. Had I done that, I wouldn't never done so. My case has been prolonged due to them not paying attention to my case. When I finished with my therapy I called them to get the paperwork from clinic. It took them 4 months to get it and all because they would not call the clinic and ask for them. In between lots of bad experiences throughout the process. From not getting any calls from them, leaving messages and nobody would bother to reply in any way. Excuses, excuses all the time. To make my story short, I went on January 31th, 2023 to finish signing the insurance offer and was told that it shouldn't take more than 3 months. Guess what? It been almost 5 months. I called them like a week before the 3 months and been calling ever since with no definite answer. Everything is "oh, let me check", "Oh, the attorney is not here", "Oh, the attorney is on a phone call", etc. They never return your calls. I've asked to speak to the attorney and nothing yet. NEVER HIRE THEM.

Can see they are not professional

I been trying to call regards my case and can’t get in touch with any one I need to know what’s happening please. Can someone help us get in touch my case been open for about 6 years and nothing how can I switch lawyers or how can we see or Make a appointment please or any workers what do we do ?

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE People who have cases with these lawyers, change lawyers, because they do nothing for you and get you nothing. Personally, I've had a terrible experience with these people, who have no professional qualifications whatsoever. My case has been going on for over four years, and at the last minute, you end up with a pittance, just wasted time. They don't care, and it's true that they don't answer people's calls and don't keep you updated on your case. It's so sad that this happens to people who put their cases in the wrong hands...

WARNING! This is a really BAD Lawyer.I Never saw her or speak to her, In 3 years. They want to give me a settlement of 5k. My case manager was terrible ill-bred the secretary's were so rude hanging up the phon. DONT HIRE THIS LAWYER! I just release this lawyer from my case. Was the best decision

This place is getting investigated.. By state bar. My questions is what will happen to all of our cases?

lack of communication

I've had my case for 8 years and I can't close it; every time I call they're busy and they don't return the calls.

Does anybody from this law firm actually checks the comments on help? We need someone to answer the phone.

I've been working on my case for 5 years, and it's not concluded. The person who receives the calls is what this lawyer's face reflects. I don't recommend her at all. She always tells me she's on another call and doesn't have to be there. It's better to give it to someone more kind and honest.

No communication at all. I wish I had read the reviews before hiring this horrible law firm. Be aware!!

Trying to call them about a case for days. Cannot get through because have no "Extension Number"

Staff is very un respectful and rude they dont let you finish a sentences or finish what u need to say the resceptiones ANA has a bad attitude she never return a call back.
