.Shes not really reliable and her assistant never answers emails.she called me back once (the assistant)after i sent an email 2 times with no response maybe 3. (To see how my case was going)and said susan will return my call and never did .i went to her because i saw good reviews but just go to someone else .at this point its been over a year .i know covid delayed cases with the court and stuff but the fact that nobody has given me answers its pretty pathetic.it makes me think that the other reviews are fake to be honest Update :she is LYINGGGGG .i havent reaponded to her emails because she only started to email me after i posted this review!!!!!!!i did respond to her to when im going to pick up my papers. So DO NOT BELIEVE HER LIESSSSS .She also stated “ Unfortunately, sometimes that is the case, that I am not able to return calls immediately if there is nothing to report” how UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!what kills me is she Has a secretary and she could have blamed it on the secretary if she wanted to
