After a year on my case, Attorney Manali Arora was still unfamiliar with basic facts and completely unprepared for a key hearing. Communication and representation was terrible, I felt like I was the only person who actually cared about the outcome. The firm wasn’t transparent about the process, made crucial decisions without consulting me, and treated my case like a money grab rather than a client they owed a duty to. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking competent, attentive legal representation.

Listened to me vent about other employment attorneys. Richard is much better than the others. This does not mean he will accept every case but that he will be fair and reasonable in his expectations. If I have trouble in the future, I'm just going to go to him and depending on his answer, accept it and move on. If he does accept you, he will do everything in his power to get you top dollar. But you must be willing to work with him and trust his professional advice. Trust me, it's worth it.

I had a few questions about the way to approach some wages that were being held by a previous employer. I asked around for a month or so. I got many automated replies, and good luck emails.
