Well here we are with the same issue as two other people previously stated. I started receiving voicemails last week (2 months) following my emergency room visit. When I called back because I was so confused as I have full medical coverage. The woman I spoke to was beyond the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve spoken to in the field. She kept trying to get me to pay the bill by stating insurance won’t cover it since it’s regarding a car accident etc. saying they don’t even bother trying to bill them after refusing multiple times she got increasingly more angry. Asking me for my personal information and things regarding my accident. I hung up and immediately called my insurance. My insurance rep was shocked and could not believe the hospital didn’t even bill them. She immediately asked for all the bills and phone numbers involved and is currently on on hold with me and talking to the billing department wondering why I am being harassed by this law firm.

Do yourself a favor and hire a real law firm because this one is a waste of time . There team is rude, never return calls or emails . Very stressful working with this lawyer and her team. One word UNPROFESSIONAL!

My case was just recently settled, and I counldn't have had better service from the team and Yoshida's firm. They took my case when I was turned down elsewhere. They prepped me for every thing to come and gave great advice. Even after my case was over Mae herself took time out of her day to help point in the right direction.

Don’t come here! Scam! Waist of time and money! They will keep your case open for years and still wont help you! I totally regret coming here 9 years of my life waisted and still with pain and no money! 1 star is a lot for this place!

Ms.Yoshida is very nice lady whose good at what she does. If you're in need of law services for workmans comp she's your lady to call.

Confused staff. Sent information to someone else's email despite my very explicit instructions. I was then given a phone appointment, after calling again, and wasted my evening waiting for a call that never came. Two weeks later and haven't received a call or email. I hired another attorney. Edit: Received a call and voicemail today after leaving the above review. Ms. Yoshida left a message of apology. That was nice and appreciated. Mistakes happen. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.
