DUI/ POSSESSION/ DISORDERLY CONDUCT/ 4 Outstanding Speeding Tickets, not to mention mention 2 of them leading to Driving an uninsured vehicle and on another one eatingy cerial and hold my coffee going 15mph over. In a Fast Past life with a family of 8 its hard to keep track of your busy life and even some of the Decisions you make aren't wrong until you see the Lights in your Rear view mirror. Ted has gotten me out of the impossible by doing what you think a lawyer does in court instead of taking your money, then Lying like most. I learned that the hard way in my early 20's, at 35 I'm a bit wiser.

Ted provided much needed legal advice and support during a terrible time in my life -- after my arrest for DUI. He clearly told me what I needed to do, represented me in court, and pursued multiple avenues for my defense, including challenging the evidence against me and negotiating with the police and prosecutors. He was on time for every meeting and court date. Ultimately he got the charge against me reduced to reckless driving. This was still very expensive and time consuming, and I did have to take alcohol dependency treatment (which for me was a good thing), so I didn't get off scot-free, but I'm told the outcome was good considering the strength of the case against me. I did not lose my driver's license except for the six-month automatic suspension. His fee was also reasonable, in my opinion.
