I am writing to express a sincere amount of gratitude for the assistance of the Law Offices of Todd Friedman. It is hard to summarize the amount of gratitude I have for the efforts of this practice as a whole. There are many great Attorneys and Employees who have made it a surprisingly expeditious and seamless process taking Transunion to court, and then winning really quickly. I was surprised with the momentum, as well as the results. Within a few months of taking my case we had settled with Transunion for $20,000 and are now in the process of closing down on a fraudulent business that has been extorting and demanding money from myself. Mr. Matthew Snyder was a fantastic resource during the entire process, discussing the material facts with the mediator and letting the defendant's present their perjurious testimony. In an nutshell I could not be more pleased that this firm took my case. I was actually surprised that they did. There were a lot of subtle nuances to the case I was concerned about, but the Law Offices of Todd Friedman did a fantastic job navigating around those concerns and closing in on the defendant's securing a $20,000 victory with Transunion, pre-trial and still leaving the main defendant's on the hook for further damages. So I made an inquiry almost 3 weeks ago about a simple inquiry and see if I had a case soon sent the email and one was returned to me stating he’s going to call me on a Wednesday so I left my day open, but to no avail so I then left messages and emails after our first missed phone appt, and still haven’t heard back yet so that’s why I give 1 star for poor communications Update : I did receive a email stating he did indeed try to contact me but we unsuccessful after my review .. however I never received a follow up call or email since... But if I do get contacted I will be updating that as well

Used Todd and Adrian twice and they have always been courteous and helpful through everything. They have never let me down. The only complaint is it was to get a hold of someone at ghe lawfirm the first few days just got voicemails. But, once they called the ball started rolling fast! They tool my case the next day im just awaiting to sign paperwork. No one would take the case idk because they are big conpanies. I know wrong doings was done. IM HAPPY TO SAY THEY ARE TAKING ALL 3 OF MY CASES!! Im glad there will be Justice for these companies wrong doings!
