There should be a way to put negative stars for the way that I was represented by Tom Quinones, he had given me ill advice as well as ignored the law attempting to make me believe that's not true during a CPS case where I was the non-offending. I should have gotten my daughter immediately but because of his malpractice and not even wanting to put a motion for appeal when I asked as well as many other request my daughter was denied to be with family and I had to voluntarily sign my rights away to protect my other daughter.
