I was disgusted how my disabled loved one was treated and spoken to by office staff whose name starts with a Z and ends with an A. As a family, we have serious concerns about someone that does this and allows their clients to be treated and spoken to in such a way. We are also very concerned about the inaction for extended periods of time, along with lack of transparency, accountability and integrity we have witnessed. Our loved one is worse off than they were before. The lack of care, concern and ineptitude is deeply distressful and a major reflection of the service one can expect in my opinion.
