Atty Velistsky was very nice and friendly to me

Don't waste your time with this firm. I filled out the form on their website, called as well, left message and never got a response. They claimed they never received my form 🤡. They are a SMALL firm in a SMALL town. Hence the treatment. I need a simple cease and desist letter against a harassing neighbor regarding encroachment and i guess jobs ARE too small for small minded attys. Just like when you need an outlet fixed - no electrician will take the job because they perceive you as a waste of time and not big money. All about the money. Try to do the right thing - several attys wont write a cease snd desist letter for the poor. It’s planned that way - they WANT you to commit a crime to keep the fraudulent justice system going. Take matters into your own hands. Don't expect this firm to help you.

Good friendly service, seems very knowledgeable

Without getting into boring details. The attorney would ask a question, then cut me off, before allowing me to answer. Justice is blind, not inadequate. This firm represents inadequate.

If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé reached out regarding a property legal matter and the secretary was also rude to him as other reviews have stated and unprofessional! We have since reached out to the entity that did refer us to this office and explained how rude they were and we would reconsider who recommends this office. The entity said they would no longer be referring this office to individuals as they have now received several complaints regarding the unprofessional and rude manner of the secretary.

Takes your concern on a personal level

Called to schedule an appointment with Joseph Velitsky. My mother just recently passed away and his office was who my mother had her will. The person on the phone was very rude and inconsiderate. Thought I could seek some legal advise since that is who my mother used.

We get our taxes done through a person in the office, awesome
