William was extremely condescending and flat out rude on the phone. A simple “no, we don’t want the case” would have sufficed instead he called me to tell me how close we are to the statute of limitations and I should basically give up looking. I let him know that we would find an attorney to take our case and he hung up on me. I’m not sure why that was necessary but the attorney I spoke to right after him was wonderful. All that to say if you run into a William on your search for the right attorney to represent your family there are plenty more out there and if they can’t help they are definitely a lot kinder. Have the day you deserve William.

Attorney William is extremely professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he doesn’t handle my type of case, but he took the time to explain legal procedures, statute of limitations, and referred me to someone that could help. I definitely recommend him to everyone!

Didn't return my call then couldn't re.ber who I was or the conversation we had or the email he responded to. Then I receive a letter in mail saying we decided not to take your case... WTH?
