I have worked with attorneys most of my life but I have never met one that goes out of his way to help you like Dan, no matter how complicated the situation might be. We had a long arduous process of getting my husband approved for Medicaid and Dan was able to successfully get him approved. I know that there are plenty of people who navigate Medicaid on their own, without enlisting expert counsel. But this is not like doing basic taxes with TurboTax; there are major issues that can be missed by miles without a guiding hand. We're not from GA but had to come to Atlanta to take care of a sister's medical and financial matters after major medical events and death some months later. We heard Dan's name come up from two different sources, with good recommendations so we contacted him and were very pleased. He came up with great solutions that we would not otherwise have arrived at independently that were huge game changers.
