Today, December 23rd, 2025, I had a court hearing at the Third Judicial District Court in Doña Ana County, NM. Thank God!!! And thank you to Attorney Joshua Spencer. In less than 5 minutes, Attorney Joshua Spencer got me released. Just hearing the last name SPENCER silenced everyone in the courtroom. With just his first and last name and two or three words, he freed me completely and absolutely. Thank God!!!! The client retained Joshua Spencer, Attorney at Law, for representation in a dissolution of marriage proceeding that was ultimately discontinued by the client. An itemized accounting of services rendered and a refund of the remaining unearned retainer were formally requested via both email and telephone. Mr. Spencer verbally acknowledged the request and agreed to issue a check for the outstanding balance. However, despite this agreement and subsequent repeated attempts over a three-week period to follow up with the attorney and his staff, the client has yet to receive the agreed-upon reimbursement, a call from the paralegal, or the detailed, itemized statement of services rendered.

Hired Law Rhinos to fight the traffic ticket but they lost the case. The case was - missed to stop at stop sign. I had contacted this law firm due to a car accident i was involved in, I was not at fault. They said they would take my case and sent me the contract. I read it and wasn't really comfortable signing it. I ended up working thing out with the insurance company. The law firm sent a letter the insurance company telling them that they were representing me. So the insurance company won't work with me now due to that letter and they would need another letter informing them that this law firm is not representing me. I have reached out to them multiple times to send that letter. Their response is they will be sending a message to the lawyer about the letter needing to be sent. I AM STILL WAITING. I was not hard for them to send the inital letter(even though I was never their client) but fixing their mistake seems too hard for them I guess.

Not as dramatic as Perry Manson, but just as effective. Experience with one case (in a New Mexico court) had a better-than-expected positive result.

My name is Fernando Aragón. I thank God and Mr. Joshua Spencer for helping me in my legal case. I had several legal charges against me. On May 20, 2024, at 8:00 AM, my trial began and ended at 5:00 PM in the Third Judicial District Court, Doña Ana County, Las Cruces, NM. The judge who presided over my trial did not accept any evidence that proved my innocence. Mr. Joshua Spencer and two prosecutors, a man and a woman, both very well-known for never losing as prosecutors, were also involved. However, today I want to tell you that she lost.
