I think Danielle Oglesby is an incompetent, unkind individual who thinks telling me to lie to my insurance company so I could get a more in my settlement from a tragic accident, is the right thing to do. I don't lie to my insurance company because if I got caught I would lose said insurance which I cannot do. I could not survive without health insurance. It must be nice to be have a lot of money and then expect a person who now has low income to risk healthcare so that my portion of my settlement from my car accident would be higher. Wow. Her methods are deplorable. This car accident resulted in loss of life. Apparently my dogs life is of no concern to her, nor was mine. I could have been killed and she didn't believe I had trauma resulting in PTSD. I live with everything I saw and went through every single day but hey, screw my mental health. Suicidal thought and self harm doesn't seem to matter im the overall scheme of things. When we first spoke she was so sympathetic and kind but that quickly changed when I shared that I was in sex work. Apparently I'm supposed to be ashamed of that because she stopped fighting for me real quick showing her feelings about it. Danielle claims to be this big shot on her social media and how much she's done for her clients. Lmao. Looking at reviews I think she has illusions of grandeur. She treated me like an idiot and the last conversation she was yelling so loud at me on the phone that another person in another room could hear her and no, she was not on speaker. She is an unprofessional, horrible person professionally and she can shove her fake concern. Maybe she'll be a better mom then an attorney because in my opinion, and the opinion of many other clients reviews, she SUCKS at it.

I was sent to them last april with case and i was work with Raul and Marie they never answer their phones they never kept me updated with my case and here it is another april and its still nothing from them i knew if was someone else in office to take my case i would have went them those two are the ppl you ever want to give your case to communicate skills is awful and no i wouldn't send no one here

This company was patient answered my question.

If I could give this lawfirm a negative 95 and disbar this firm I would. They are terrible. They wasted my time. In the beginning they were so quick to take my case, but so slow to follow through. Almost a year later after me calling and calling them and begging for a return call they told me that because a witness told them that the accident was my fault they decided not to go through with the claim. Mind you, this was a HIT AND RUN. Plus, I called the police at the scene. They did no ground work, lazy, sent me to doctors upon doctors and now I am stuck with medical bills out of the you know what and no claim. They didn't apologize. They did not allow me to see the witness statement. Nothing. How can one witness word go against the police and mine. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

Great professional on time services especially from my case manager Sara She's the 1 not the 2 ya heard meh! Gotta give it up for her outstanding services. I definitely recommend this law firm for your auto incidents!
