If I could give a zerio I would, meaning don't go near him or his brother. Patrick is rude, lazy, and sarcastically disrespectful. My dad hired him to create a trust and after my dad died I found out he knew nothing about trusts. Add his sick personality traits to a total lack of knowledge and you have my total frustration with him, and my dad's decision. To remove him would cost me litigation costs and Patrick would pay his lawyer from my trust, so 1 am stuck with my dad's decision.
