Lawyer Disciplinary Board

One star is far far far too many . Reporting to higher levels .. So let me get this straight ,I reported a lawyer for very reasonable suspicion of violating Federal law related to blocking some access to some of my medical records etc and I get a letter closing the complaint ? No investigation? Ha what exactly is their job then ? Where is the accountability? I will report to every Federal agency that will take my complaint

Reported documented fraud charges as well as documented proof overriding ethical and legal instructions without authorization that were dismissed due to Rule 2.1(a) meaning any decision the attorney makes can later be characterized as involving "professional judgment". So what this means is if you hire an attorney in West Virginia, you have surrendered your right to determine: whether to contest or consent to legal proceedings; The fundamental objectives of your representation. This Board only exists to whitewash the criminal behavior of lawyers.

They've denied me my files on the complaint I've submitted to them on Greg Michaels. He literally didn't reply back to my complaints within the allotted time frame, only for them to tell me when I called, that they'd call him and get him to reply. So now both Greg Michael's and the board have committed ethical violations. WV judicial system is nothing but corruption from top to bottom. The bar members cover for bar members. 💯

An attorney threatened bodily harm to me and because I didn’t meet the time frame they refuse to investigate and I sent proof. Told me no professional code of conduct was broken. LOL I would assume along with any other competent adult that in order to practice law you should be made to abide by it. These people are corrupt and so are most of the attorneys and judicial system in WV.

So far these ppl seem to be sincere in their word of investigation problems with attorneys.

People who work at McDonald's and Wal-Mart have a higher ethical code than WV attorneys!! The other reviewer on here is completely correct. This disciplinary board allows attorneys to violate ANY and all codes of conduct. They told me that an attorney lying in court and misappropriating state and federal funds was okay because she was simply being aggressive! Ha HA! This committee is a name sake in order to lie to the citizens so that we think there is some kind of oversight. This is just a board of elite criminals covering for other elite criminals, and a total waste of tax payer funds. I tell my children and all young people, keep your soul and DO NOT BECOME a LAWYER / LIAR!!

This Facility "REFUSES" to discipline, "Flagrantly" corrupt "Incompetent" lawyers who "Intentionally" destroy and dismantle "Their Own Clients" cases and lives. This waste of "Taxpayer Finance" should be entirely shut down. They're unless for "The People" who "Legally" pay them. A protection service for "Corrupt Attorneys" FACT.
