Absurdly rude. I was simply trying to ask about what legal grounds I stood on for a situation that occurred at my place of work. I had no opportunity to explain how I was treated and passed around between HR and the wellness center at my place of work. He simply insulted me saying I needed to get the wax out of my ears instead of allowing me the opportunity to explain my situation. Both the doctor at bay health and my place of employment agreed that I was to return to work on monday allowing my injury time to heal, but was refused to be paid for the time off. Even if I am wrong about what I may possibly be entitled to, (paid time off for recovery.) I surely did not deserve to be treated and spoken to the way I was by this man. I'm sure he may be a good lawyer, but as a human being he was a very nasty individual.
